RateTheCoach Guides Are Up!
I am happy to say that the RateTheCoach mission has moved forward, "to provide education and coach evaluation for all athletes in order to strengthen the athlete-coach relationship."
Over the last couple months the team has added informative articles and guides for high school and college athletes. These guides are written by the RateTheCoach team, and are meant to be humorous but informative.
We are currently working to get these guides intergrated into the site, but for now you can view them at www.RateTheCoachblog.blogspot.com.
Enjoy!

Opportunities are Endless! So set those goals!
For most of us, January gives us a chance to reflect on the year that has passed. It also gives us the opportunity to strengthen the skills we have garnered, and most notably start the New Year productively.
These goals should be reasonably hard to achieve and most importantly realistic progressive benchmarks to assess yourself. They must be achievable goals that build upon the foundation of the previous achieved goals.
Good luck with your list!

Vig Tees - Entrepreneurial Opportunities 1
How do popcultish graphic tees sound? Vig Tees enters the fashion market with a unique story, but is that enough in an industry whos foundation prides itself on uniqueness.
The owner, Mark Jaworski would say yes, and it’s the story itself that they want to sell. Mark a senior, studying marketing and international business, at The College of New Jersey entered the fashion industry, because he realized it was an industry that he could have fun doing as well as be successful. Mix his drive and creativity with a shirt concept that combines, album covered styled imagines in a music/movie/TV pop culture spirit, and you have a popcultish graphic tee.
Mark would also describe himself as a passionate person who loves art and history. “I won't settle for less than perfection.” In describing his company Mark says, “Vig Tees is significantly different than any "novety" t-shirt company. People who buy novelty t-shirts see a shirt with something they like on it, and nine times out of ten settle for a shittily designed and manufactured shirt. Vig Tees offers shirts with original concepts and designs.”
Vig Tees is run by two passionate, ambitious brothers who see, "what is wrong in the industry" and aim to change that. VigTees has ambitious plans to expand their scope into the future. These ideas included shoes, bags, jeans, etc.
For an individual that entered the fashion industry because, “it just kind of worked out that way,” Mark and his company have a lot of potential in the growing designer t-shirt market. However, their success will be correlated to their ability to offer innovative concepts that challenge the market.
Vig Tees add new shirts on a regular basis. You can visit Mark's company Vig Tees, at VigTees.com, where his shirts are available to purchase, where art is brought to each shirt.

With every ending marks a new beginning.
So finally…one project has been launched! Today marks the conclusion of a year and a half of planning and development.
Back in 2007, after transferring from George Mason University, I felt compelled to give back to the athletic community by providing athletes with the tools to make the proper choices when selecting a college. I am happy to say that RateTheCoach.com is that service.
I must thank all the people that have made this possible. First, I would like to send special thanks to my developer, Dan-Dominko Ramos, for without whom I have no website at all. Your tireless work ethic and patience has taken my idea, and turned it into a reality.
I must also thank Steven Turrise, and Collin McChin, who have done tremendous work with creative design and market research. Lastly, I want to thank all of the teachers at George Mason University, and at The College of New Jersey.
However, with every ending marks a new beginning. RateTheCoach.com is in no way complete, there are many new tools we would like to bring to the site.
Stay tuned and have fun! Add a quote!
